01.Please tell us about your work.
I work in a department that provides OEM and ODM services for casual apparel and sportswear, including golf wear, for major sporting goods retailers. My primary responsibility is the production management of golf apparel.

02.What do you focus on in your work?
Many golf wear products require stretchability, and depending on the season, there is a demand for materials with high functionality such as waterproofing, cold resistance, and sweat-wicking properties. Compared to regular apparel, the quality standards for materials and accessories are stricter, and each item is tested by an inspection agency. In addition to meeting our clients' requirements, we strictly manage quality by setting our own additional quality standards as needed.

03.Can you share any tips for smoothly carrying out your work?
Seeing how my seniors handle unforeseen problems in apparel production has taught me to anticipate potential issues and prepare for unexpected situations through careful preparation and management.

04.Please tell me about any challenges you wish to undertake in the future.
Seeing the products I have worked on with our clients and factories displayed in stores gives me a great sense of fulfillment as a production manager. Currently, through my role in production management, I am deepening my knowledge of fabrics and products. However, in the future, I hope to leverage this experience to become a valuable asset to the company as a sales representative.
