01.Please tell us about your work.
In my department, we handle OEM for a wide range of products, from clothing to fashion accessories and household goods, for major retail companies. We have several production bases in the ASEAN region, and I am responsible for everything from planning to production management of socks at our facility in Thailand.

02.Is there something you focus on in your work?
I often work with people from production factories, where there are various differences in culture, common sense, and national laws, so I make it a point to communicate closely. I try to visit the site in person to have face-to-face conversations or increase the frequency of online communication when it's difficult to visit, ensuring that there are no misunderstandings through careful coordination.

03.What are the benefits of close communication?
By maintaining close communication, I believe it allows us to openly discuss challenges from the factory side in response to client requests. Sharing even minor details enables us to explore the best methods not only for our clients but also for the production site together.

04.What are your future goals?
In my team, there is a superior who has vast knowledge and experience in all processes, from raw materials and product planning to factory conditions and production management, and who receives immense trust from our clients. Like my superior, I also aim to deepen my knowledge not only in production management but also in raw material specifications and product planning, becoming a well-rounded individual capable of creating quality products from a multifaceted perspective.
