01.Please tell us about your work.
I joined the company in 2023 and am responsible for promoting the retail business, which is intended to be a pillar of the business in the medium to long term. Specifically, I am involved in formulating business strategies, developing new e-commerce sites, building operations and systems including logistics, and managing existing e-commerce sites.

02.What is your impression of the company since joining?
I've noticed that many people in the company are careful to choose words that consider the other person's perspective, resulting in very polite communication. When interacting with overseas partners, there is an effort to respond appropriately in the language of the other country, and departments frequently use multiple languages, including English, Chinese, and Italian. I've also been impressed by the high level of enthusiasm among members for achieving goals. I'm looking forward to advancing new businesses together.

03.What do you consider important in promoting new business?
First, I believe it's important for the team to understand our purpose and have a common recognition.To achieve this, I plan to engage in as much discussion with team members as possible. Although I anticipate facing many hurdles, I intend to advance the business aggressively while carefully managing risks.

04.What are your future goals?
I believe I have been given the opportunity to fully leverage the experience I have cultivated so far. Although the retail business has only just begun, my first priority is to build a solid foundation for the business, aiming to make it a medium to long-term pillar of the company. I am committed to diligently working towards contributing significantly to both sales and profits.
