01.Please tell us about your work.
I work in a department that handles the manufacturing and importing of a wide range of sports-related products, including sportswear, casual apparel, fitness equipment, and accessories for a major sporting goods retailer's clients. My specific duties involve trade documentation, preparing quotations, and recording sales.

02.Is there anything you focus on in your work?
In trade operations, we are required to submit a variety of documents, including information from multiple companies related to product development and import/export customs declarations. Not only do I focus on creating these documents accurately and efficiently, but I also aim for quick responses to my team members. Although my direct interactions with clients are limited, I always strive to be prepared so that our team can communicate smoothly with our clients.

03.What do you find rewarding?
At the end of my workday, I make a to-do list for the next day and feel a sense of accomplishment when I complete it without any delays. I also find it rewarding to consider improvements to past work processes and to efficiently carry out my duties.

04.What are your future goals?
Although my duties are different, my team includes seniors with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Understanding the characteristics of sportswear, such as quick-drying, moisture-wicking, and stretchable materials, requires high imaginative skills. I aim to develop these skills further in my trade operations to avoid documentation errors and transportation issues.
