01.Please tell us about your work.
I am responsible for a wide range of tasks related to information systems and IT. My main duties include setting up computers, managing data, overseeing security and core systems, as well as developing software and creating user manuals to support everyone in the company and improve work efficiency.
02.Is there something you focus on in your work?
Since my role involves issuing computers to new employees and providing IT support, I have numerous opportunities to communicate with various people within the company. Although I don't directly interact with external customers, I prioritize my tasks with the end in mind and always adopt a "let's try it" attitude towards various requests and system troubles.
03.What do you find rewarding about your job?
It's the fact that I have many colleagues who thank me for even the smallest things. Interacting with people from different departments and positions, and working with those who make an effort to express their gratitude verbally, motivates me. I also find it rewarding when I feel that my support has somehow helped someone.
04.Is there anything you want to challenge in the future?
I feel there are still many challenges to tackle in improving work efficiency. While incorporating the latest information from other industries, I want to create a more comfortable working environment for our team members, not only by implementing new software but also by considering the use of technologies like AI.
