01.Please tell us about your work.
We collaborate with staff residing in Milan, Paris, and New York to propose the latest fashion and brand information to leading select shops in the Japanese fashion industry. Also, we travel with buyers to fashion weeks held in major Western cities, negotiate deals with various brands on-site, and support everything from the import to delivery of the ordered products.

02.What are Marubeni Fashion Link's strengths?
Our strength lies in establishing the foundation for the purchasing and import agent business. Since the time when it was not easy to obtain information from overseas without social media, we have been collecting information on European brands, proposing to customers, and building relationships and information networks with brands over the years. We believe that we can provide information that is uniquely available to us, even in an age where various information is readily accessible.

03.What do you keep in mind while working?
In addition to the latest information from overseas stores, I make it a point to provide unique perspectives based on our transaction history with various brands. To ensure smooth and consistent support up to the delivery, I focus on creating an environment where effective communication can be maintained through detailed and quick information sharing with brands, internally, and with customers.

04.What are your future goals?
I aim to deepen my knowledge to be able to respond flexibly and swiftly to customer requests. Like my senior colleagues who are well-versed in the production background and characteristics of each brand, I want to become a reliable salesperson who can make precise proposals using valuable and extensive knowledge.
